Which Foods Are The Most Acidic Or Acidifying?

The most acidifying foods are primarily those that are rich in animal proteins, refined simple carbohydrates and saturated fats. Here's a list of Acidifying Foods - The most acidifying are at the top of the list:

  • Meat

    • Processed Meat - hot dogs, bologna, cold cuts
