Eat More Greens & Vegetables to Maintain pH Balance in Body

To maintain proper pH Balance, we must include generous amounts of alkaline forming food in our diet. But what is the best way to change easily to an alkaline diet? Eat more salad, greens and vegetables; this is the only real and healthy nutrition for us. Some foods those are high in alkaline are lemons, watermelon, limes, grapefruit, mangos, papayas, asparagus, onions, parsley, raw spinach, broccoli, garlic, and olive oil. Some foods that have a lower alkalinity are raw sugar, oranges, bananas, cherries, pineapples, carrots, tomatoes, mushrooms, cabbage, peas, potatoes skins, olives, soybeans and tofu, goat milk, soy milk and soy cheese. Replacing some of the higher alkaline foods with the lower alkaline foods will help against having a body that has too much alkalinity.
